Wayfinding Research
We look and we listen.
Thirty two years experience has taught us to invest time at the beginning of the project to listen to all interested parties, to take a consultative approach to the signing brief, and to put our specialist knowledge at the disposal of the design team at the earliest possible opportunity.
We aim to understand the operational policy of the client, understand the user group issues and how these people interact in unfamiliar places. We also look at the unique characteristics of the architecture and site-specific constraints.
